MNsure is currently handling a high volume of calls. For faster service, call before 10 a.m. and avoid the lunch rush, 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are typically better days to call.
Leave the Organization Name field set to "Any" unless you are looking for one specific navigator organization or broker agency.
There may not be anyone in the directory who has a particular language skill, even if the language is listed under Spoken Languages.
To find assisters in a specific area of the state:
Search only by zip code, and select the mile radius you want in the Include Nearby Zip Codes? field.
To quickly find a zip code, select a city first; only zip codes for that city will show in the Zip Code field.
Use the "Sort by" function on the search results screen to organize your search results by nearest zip code.
Searching only by "Counties Served" will show all assisters that can provide services in those counties. Some assisters may only be able to help you over the phone or online.
