Jo Wright serves as the director of business operations and the Contact Center. Wright joined MNsure in 2015.
Wright leads the agency Contact Center, business operations team and the office of strategic support and implementation.
Previously, Wright served MNsure as a senior project manager and managed the business project management office. Prior to joining MNsure, she held leadership roles in diverse industries including production, distribution and organizational consulting.
Wright earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management information systems from the University of Northern Colorado, a bachelor of fine arts degree in design from the University of Wyoming, and holds multiple certifications including PMP and leadership.
