Assister Assembly Presentation
The Assister Assembly presentation includes information on:
- Open Enrollment Landscape: Enhanced tax credits, value of advanced premium tax credits, possible savings for consumers with employer sponsored insurance and new standardized plans for 2025.
- 2025 Open Enrollment Nuts & Bolts: Dates and deadlines, explanation of different eligibility notices, where to find eligibility notices, health insurance carrier notices and MNsure enrollment notices.
- Supporting MNsure Consumers: Protecting consumer information, MNsure’s assister portal functions and features, “Pay Now” feature, updating an application, reporting projected annual income, time saving tools, Helping Consumers on Assister Central and policies and procedures.
- Tools for Connecting with Consumers: Assister directory, enrollment events calendar, outreach materials and shared resources.
Monthly Navigator/CAC Webinar
The monthly navigator/CAC webinar provides an opportunity for MNsure-certified assisters to hear program updates, ask questions and provide feedback. All webinars are held the first Wednesday of the month at 12:30 – 1:30 p.m.
