Jon Domaas serves as the director of business operations and the Contact Center. Domaas joined MNsure in 2023.
Prior to joining MNsure, Domaas held leadership roles within the insurance industry. He has a wealth of experience in sales, service and contact center operations, including spearheading efforts to improve customer experiences.
Domaas earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Augsburg University and holds multiple Financial Industry Regulatory Authority registrations, licenses and designations.
