Libby Caulum is MNsure’s chief executive officer. She was appointed to the role in May 2023.
Caulum joined MNsure in 2018 as senior director of public affairs and led MNsure’s communications, marketing, government relations, and board relations.
Previously, Caulum served as the communications director at the Minnesota Department of Revenue, outreach director at the Minnesota Department of Commerce, and has held leadership roles in non-profit organizations in the Twin Cities.
Caulum holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Luther College and a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Minnesota Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
