MNsure is Minnesota’s official health insurance marketplace.

Our mission is to ensure all Minnesotans have the security of health insurance, and we’re proud of the progress we’ve made over 10+ years in operation.

Since MNsure was established in 2013, we’ve helped more Minnesotans than ever before get covered – and stay covered – with affordable, comprehensive health insurance:

Minnesotans have used MNsure to sign up for over 1 million private health plans, and hundreds of thousands of residents have used MNsure to apply and enroll in public health care programs (Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare) each year.
MNsure has delivered nearly $2 billion in health care savings for Minnesotans in the form of tax credits that lower the cost of monthly premiums for private plans.
MNsure has played an important role in cutting the statewide uninsured rate in half, from 8.2% in 2013 to a recent record low of 4%.
