Renew or Change Private Coverage

You can renew or change plans during the annual open enrollment period.

Open enrollment for 2025 private coverage ends January 15. Renewing customers are strongly encouraged to compare plans during open enrollment to make sure they are getting the best deal and coverage that meets their needs. If you decide to change plans, you must do so by December 18 for your new plan to start on January 1. if you change plans between December 19 and January 15, your new plan won't start until February 1.
