Navigators

MNsure-certified navigators are trained experts who provide free health insurance application and enrollment help at local, trusted community organizations.

Navigators specialize in helping Minnesotans apply and enroll in Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare, which are free or low-cost public health care programs for people with low incomes. Services from MNsure-certified navigators are always free.

Navigators can help you:

  • fill out your application
  • enroll in health insurance
  • renew your health insurance
  • report life changes
  • keep your account up to date
  • connect with an insurance broker if you need advice about choosing a private health plan

Some navigators are certified to help individuals apply for an insulin assistance program.

Preferred Navigator Partners

MNsure's preferred navigator partners (PDF) receive grant funds from MNsure to support their outreach and enrollment work in communities across the state and improve their ability to reach more Minnesotans—especially those with the lowest rates of insurance, most significant health disparities, and greatest barriers to enrollment.

The list of preferred navigator partners is also available in PDF format in Spanish, Hmong, Somali, Russian and Vietnamese.
