Reporting Changes

MNsure certified assisters and certified broker support staff can help individuals with reporting application changes. 

If a consumer is reporting a change to their 2024 income between now and November 30, both 2024 and 2025 projected annual income (PAI) must be included. Beginning December 1, only 2025 PAI should be reported with an income change.

Document Upload

Use the online Document Upload Site to provide the required information to verify eligibility for a special enrollment period. Visit the Documents to Verify Your Life Event section on MNsure.org to determine which documents are needed.
