Last week, MNsure hosted an “Office Hour” session for MNsure Portal Entity Managers to help individuals feel more comfortable navigating and using this portal role in MNsure’s new system, MN-EES.

• Updating your staff portal information and access.
• Creating a MNsure portal account for new staff.
• Updating Assister Directory information.
• Managing consumer associations, including accepting consumer requests, exporting consumer lists and transferring consumers between staff.
