MNsure will begin suspending the certification of individuals who have not completed all recertification requirements. If your certification is suspended, you MUST complete the required training to be recertified.

MNsure will continue to monitor training completions and reactivate certifications once all requirements have been met.

You can check your current certification status using the My Certification Lookup tool on Assister Central. If a date appears in the “2027 Certified” field, your recertification is complete.
